You will be drawing 2 lines on the circle.

WHY SHOULD STUDENTS DO STEP 2?

This will be the center of the eyes and nose.

HOW DO STUDENTS PROPERLY DO STEP 2?

Double check your circle by measuring your circle horizontally, while doing so, draw a 4" line down the center of it. Measure your circle vertically, and then draw a 4" line from left to right.
